Dorothy Costume, Updated Photos!

When Torie was a little over 1, and Halloween came around, I decided I wanted her to be Dorothy. I came up with this outfit then, and it has been a number one seller 2 years in a row! Now that she is a little older, we took pictures again with the same costume and it is still so adorable!
